1. Online Store Delivery Costs

Listed below are the delivery costs which will be incurred when ordering online. Please note the delivery costs involved prior to checking out. Delivery costs and shipping details will be added after credit card verification to avoid fraudulent orders.

2. Delivery Zones:

Sydney - Melbourne - Brisbane - Perth

Balloons & Blooms will strive to provide you with delivery zones not mentioned. For more information send your query with an exact address to email orders@balloonsandblooms.com.au.

3. Delivery Times:

A. Balloons & Blooms Delivers 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), sorry but we do not operate on Sundays
B. All orders placed before 10:00am EST. can have same day delivery
C. All orders placed after 10:00am EST. we cannot guarantee delivery for that date and it will most often have to be delivered the next day
D. All deliveries for business address will be delivered between 9:00 to 5:00 weekdays, 9:00 to 6:30 for residential address
E. If the recipient to the order is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the most secure yet visible place possible by our drivers. Balloons & Blooms takes no responsibility to your order if the recipient is not present

4. How to Order:

A. The first step to the ordering process is to select your product. Click on 'Bouquets' or 'Other Gifts' to browse our selection
When you have found the product that's right for you click 'Add to cart'

A cart is a imaginary shopping basket, you can add and remove items as you please. Note: You can always edit the contents of your cart up until the final stages of the ordering process

B. Member Registration

• All customers of www.balloonsandblooms.com.au must become a member
• To become a member, simply:
  -Enter your email address as a user name
  -Enter a password (must be greater than or equal to 4 characters)

C. Entering your details

• When filling out an order form, it is important to enter as much information as possible
• Enter all details and click 'Next'
• You will now be on our credit card 'Gateway' page. This is a secure server which means your credit card details can be processed safely and securely on-line.

D. Enter your billing and shipping details

• Please enter your billing details or if the same as your registration details leave as per default
• Then, you are requested to enter the shipping details and click continue
• You will then be prompted to select the closest delivery option to your shipping destination from the drop down menu e.g. for Strathfield please select Inner West
• Click continue to proceed

• You will be requested to confirm the order and will proceed to the final stage of checkout.
• Your credit card details will be verified before proceeding to the final check out stage. Please note there will be no transactions occurring at this stage. The verification is purely to ascertain that the credit card details entered are valid. The credit card will be processed manually offline after the order is confirmed.
• Two e-mails will be sent to you to confirm the order, the first is an electronically generated email, the other will be from one of our staff when we confirm the order

F. Congratulations! You have successfully placed an order with Balloons and Blooms!

5. About Your Balloons

A. All bouquets are designed onto a matching metallic weight
B. Your balloons will be delivered in a clear plastic bag
C. Foil balloons float from 7 to 30 days. Latex balloons float from 20 to 48 hours
D. Balloons should be kept in cool conditions out of direct sunlight
E. Warning: Inhalation of Helium can cause brain damage

6. Security

Customers need not worry about conducting business with Balloons & Blooms. Since trading began in 1995, your security has been our top priority. Our online credit card Gateway is under a 128 Bit (SSL) secure server.
When your transaction has been processed, your Credit Card details will be deleted after 7 working days.
